Our brilliant new chef, Katsuyuki Sekihata (Seki, for short) has worked all over the world; he has worked in some of the most famous restaurants in Europe, Asia and North America.
Our house sommelier, Anita, has put together an exciting lineup of wines that pair beautifully with chef Seki's gastronomic creations.
On top of trying to source food as locally as possible, we also aim to employ local residents of Galiano Island. Our friendly kitchen and house staff know this Island and love it as much as we know you will!
